Managing Director

Jay is the 4th generation of the McPhee family to be involved with the business. Jay commenced working within the business in the late 1980’s and became Managing Director in 2005. Jay has a broad industry track record with more than 20 years senior management and board level experience.

 

Mark Llambias

General Manager / Director

Mark commenced his business career with Virgin Australia in 1988 and moved into the logistics industry in 1993. Mark has built a wealth of knowledge in warehousing and distribution, he takes a strategic focus in the business with extensive experience in sales and operations.

 

Steve Manning

National Sales Manager

Steve joined McPhee in 2012 and brings with him more than 10 years of solution selling and leadership experience. His track record in forming strategic business alliances and building customer solutions is crucial to the business.

 

Paul Allen

National Operations Manager

Paul has been a part of the McPhee team since 2006 and has over 17 years’ experience in warehousing & logistics management. Paul has extensive knowledge of WMS & ERP solutions and has worked with-in both 3PL and FMCG environments.

 

Phil Strothers

National Commercial Manager

Phil is a strategic member of the team with extensive previous experience in the banking, manufacturing and retail sectors. He is crucial to the team ensuring that all financial and administrative standards are maintained.

 

Peter Phyakeo

National IT Manager

Peter joined McPhee in 2012 and brings with him more than 15 years of warehousing experience. He has a great understanding of both ERP/WMS systems and uses that to assist clients achieve both smooth integrations and daily processes.
